Russia introduces a ban on poultry imports from the United States due to the presence of harmful substances.

The Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance introduces a ban on poultry imports from the United States. The ban comes into effect from 5 December. The main reason for the ban is the presence of harmful substances.
