Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union between Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia came into force.
January 1 Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union came into force. Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia are members of the Eurasian Economic Union. The Treaty provides for the free movement of goods, services, capital and labor within the boundaries of the four states.
