Russia increased grain exports by 43 percent

In the current agricultural season, Russia has significantly increased the export of cereals.
According to the Federal Customs Service of Russia, from July 1, 2017 to May 2, 2018, Russia exported 44.2 million tons of grain, 43% more than in the same period of the previous agricultural season. Russian wheat exports increased by 44%, and barley exports increased by 90%. However, Russian corn exports increased by only 9%.
