Russia’s Trade with South Ossetia

In the 2nd quarter of 2016, Russia’s trade with South Ossetia was $14,293,855, down 5.50% ($832,460) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s exports to South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2016 were $10,958,891, down 15.07% ($1,943,856) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s imports from South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2016 totaled $3,334,964, up 49.98% ($1,111,396) from the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Russia’s trade surplus with South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2016 was $7,623,927, a 28.61% decrease ($3,055,252) over the 2nd quarter of 2015.

South Ossetia was Russia’s 117th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2016 (up from 121st in the 2nd quarter of 2015), accounting for 0.0131% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0111% in the 2nd quarter of 2015).
