Russia’s Trade with Malta
In the 3rd quarter of 2017, Russia’s trade with Malta totaled $652,881,236, up 2.79% ($17,710,539) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.
Russia’s exports to Malta in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $646,128,806, up 2.59% ($16,312,139) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.
Russia’s imports from Malta in the 3rd quarter of 2017 totaled $6,752,430, up 26.12% ($1,398,400) from the 3rd quarter of 2016.
Russia’s trade surplus with Malta in the 3rd quarter of 2017 was $639,376,376, a 2.39% increase ($14,913,739) over the 3rd quarter of 2016.
Malta was Russia’s 41st largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (down from 37th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.4466% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.5210% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).
Malta was Russia’s 30th largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (down from 28th in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.7569% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.8754% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).
Malta was Russia’s 101st largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (up from 103rd in the 3rd quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0111% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0107% in the 3rd quarter of 2016).

Russia’s Imports from Malta
The major share of Russian imports from Malta in the 3rd quarter of 2017 (and in the 3rd quarter of 2016) was accounted for the following product types:
