In the 4th quarter of 2017, Russia’s trade with South Africa totaled $199,783,671, up 54.16% ($70,189,218) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

Russia’s exports to South Africa in the 4th quarter of 2017 totaled $50,819,275, up 125.72% ($28,305,458) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

Russia’s imports from South Africa in the 4th quarter of 2017 totaled $148,964,396, up 39.11% ($41,883,760) from the 4th quarter of 2016.

Russia’s trade deficit with South Africa in the 4th quarter of 2017 was $98,145,121, a 16.06% increase ($13,578,302) over the 4th quarter of 2016.

South Africa was Russia’s 72nd largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2017 (up from 80th in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.1195% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0951% in the 4th quarter of 2016).

South Africa was Russia’s 87th largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2017 (up from 98th in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.0494% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0269% in the 4th quarter of 2016).

South Africa was Russia’s 52nd largest supplier in the 4th quarter of 2017 (up from 55th in the 4th quarter of 2016), accounting for 0.2317% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.2042% in the 4th quarter of 2016).
