In 2017, Russia’s trade with South Ossetia totaled $68,768,301, up 23.30% ($12,996,431) from 2016.
Russia’s exports to South Ossetia in 2017 totaled $58,978,122, up 18.90% ($9,376,097) from 2016.
Russia’s imports from South Ossetia in 2017 totaled $9,790,179, up 58.68% ($3,620,334) from 2016.
Russia’s trade surplus with South Ossetia in 2017 was $49,187,943, a 13.25% increase ($5,755,763) over 2016.
South Ossetia was Russia’s 124th largest trading partner in 2017 (down from 123rd in 2016), accounting for 0.0118% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.0119% in 2016).
