Russia’s Trade with Austria
In the 3rd quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with Austria totaled $1,264,042,364, up 39.08% ($355,180,386) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.
Russia’s exports to Austria in the 3rd quarter of 2018 totaled $694,870,682, up 97.96% ($343,855,677) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.
Russia’s imports from Austria in the 3rd quarter of 2018 totaled $569,171,682, up 2.03% ($11,324,709) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.
Russia’s trade balance with Austria went from a deficit of $206,831,968 in the 3rd quarter of 2017, to a surplus of $125,699,000 in the 3rd quarter of 2018.
Austria was Russia’s 28th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (up from 32nd in the 3rd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.7346% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.6217% in the 3rd quarter of 2017).
Austria was Russia’s 32nd largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (up from 44th in the 3rd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.6193% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.4112% in the 3rd quarter of 2017).
Austria was Russia’s 24th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (just as in the 3rd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.9506% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.9171% in the 3rd quarter of 2017).
Russia’s Exports to Austria
The major share of Russian exports to Austria in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (and in the 3rd quarter of 2017) was accounted for the following product types:
