Russia’s Trade with South Africa

In the 3rd quarter of 2018, Russia’s trade with South Africa totaled $342,755,743, up 21.11% ($59,751,965) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s exports to South Africa in the 3rd quarter of 2018 totaled $109,971,528, up 26.04% ($22,716,971) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s imports from South Africa in the 3rd quarter of 2018 totaled $232,784,215, up 18.92% ($37,034,994) from the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Russia’s trade deficit with South Africa in the 3rd quarter of 2018 was $122,812,687, a 13.20% increase ($14,318,023) over the 3rd quarter of 2017.

South Africa was Russia’s 58th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2018 (up from 60th in the 3rd quarter of 2017), accounting for 0.1992% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1936% in the 3rd quarter of 2017).
