Russia’s Trade with Norway

In the 2nd quarter of 2019, Russia’s trade with Norway totaled $1,362,915,950, up 167.43% ($853,286,841) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s exports to Norway in the 2nd quarter of 2019 totaled $1,156,825,676, up 268.83% ($843,177,944) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s imports from Norway in the 2nd quarter of 2019 totaled $206,090,274, up 5.16% ($10,108,897) from the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Russia’s trade surplus with Norway in the 2nd quarter of 2019 was $950,735,402, a 707.99% increase ($833,069,047) over the 2nd quarter of 2018.

Norway was Russia’s 24th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 48th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.8514% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.2982% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Norway was Russia’s 21st largest export market in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 48th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 1.1481% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.2846% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Norway was Russia’s 45th largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (up from 47th in the 2nd quarter of 2018), accounting for 0.3474% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.3228% in the 2nd quarter of 2018).

Russia’s Exports to Norway

The major share of Russian exports to Norway in the 2nd quarter of 2019 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2018) was accounted for the following product types:
