In 2019, Russia’s trade with Japan was $20,313,340,792, down 4.51% ($959,295,086) from 2018.

Russia’s exports to Japan in 2019 were $11,353,033,488, down 8.84% ($1,100,385,095) from 2018.

Russia’s imports from Japan in 2019 totaled $8,960,307,304, up 1.60% ($141,090,009) from 2018.

Russia’s trade surplus with Japan in 2019 was $2,392,726,184, a 34.16% decrease ($1,241,475,104) over 2018.

Japan was Russia’s 9th largest trading partner in 2019 (up from 10th in 2018), accounting for 3.0475% of Russia’s total trade (down from 3.0914% in 2018).

Japan was Russia’s 12th largest export market in 2019 (down from 11th in 2018), accounting for 2.6853% of Russia’s total exports (down from 2.7676% in 2018).

Japan was Russia’s 6th largest supplier in 2019 (up from 7th in 2018), accounting for 3.6756% of Russia’s total imports (down from 3.7032% in 2018).
