Russia’s Trade with Ireland

In the 1st quarter of 2020, Russia’s trade with Ireland totaled $453,863,918, up 0.46% ($2,091,571) from the 1st quarter of 2019.

Russia’s exports to Ireland in the 1st quarter of 2020 were $92,695,532, down 9.91% ($10,198,276) from the 1st quarter of 2019.

Russia’s imports from Ireland in the 1st quarter of 2020 totaled $361,168,386, up 3.52% ($12,289,847) from the 1st quarter of 2019.

Russia’s trade deficit with Ireland in the 1st quarter of 2020 was $268,472,854, a 9.14% increase ($22,488,123) over the 1st quarter of 2019.

Ireland was Russia’s 49th largest trading partner in the 1st quarter of 2020 (up from 52nd in the 1st quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.3193% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.2870% in the 1st quarter of 2019).

Ireland was Russia’s 69th largest export market in the 1st quarter of 2020 (up from 72nd in the 1st quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.1042% of Russia’s total exports (up from 0.0986% in the 1st quarter of 2019).

Ireland was Russia’s 32nd largest supplier in the 1st quarter of 2020 (just as in the 1st quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.6794% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.6577% in the 1st quarter of 2019).

Russia’s Exports to Ireland

The major share of Russian exports to Ireland in the 1st quarter of 2020 (and in the 1st quarter of 2019) was accounted for the following product types:
