Russia’s Trade with Belgium

In the 2nd quarter of 2020, Russia’s trade with Belgium was $1,766,016,912, down 23.78% ($550,932,302) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s exports to Belgium in the 2nd quarter of 2020 were $1,254,045,930, down 27.86% ($484,213,157) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s imports from Belgium in the 2nd quarter of 2020 were $511,970,982, down 11.53% ($66,719,145) from the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s trade surplus with Belgium in the 2nd quarter of 2020 was $742,074,948, a 36.00% decrease ($417,494,012) over the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Belgium was Russia’s 15th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (up from 17th in the 2nd quarter of 2019), accounting for 1.4475% of Russia’s total trade (up from 1.4473% in the 2nd quarter of 2019).

Belgium was Russia’s 23rd largest supplier in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (up from 24th in the 2nd quarter of 2019), accounting for 0.9829% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.9755% in the 2nd quarter of 2019).

Russia’s Exports to Belgium

The major share of Russian exports to Belgium in the 2nd quarter of 2020 (and in the 2nd quarter of 2019) was accounted for the following product types:
