Russia’s Trade with Finland

In the 3rd quarter of 2020, Russia’s trade with Finland was $2,196,990,214, down 37.32% ($1,308,373,894) from the 3rd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s exports to Finland in the 3rd quarter of 2020 were $1,452,376,604, down 41.13% ($1,014,804,293) from the 3rd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s imports from Finland in the 3rd quarter of 2020 were $744,613,610, down 28.28% ($293,569,601) from the 3rd quarter of 2019.

Russia’s trade surplus with Finland in the 3rd quarter of 2020 was $707,762,994, a 50.47% decrease ($721,234,692) over the 3rd quarter of 2019.

Finland was Russia’s 16th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2020 (down from 13th in the 3rd quarter of 2019), accounting for 1.6087% of Russia’s total trade (down from 2.1133% in the 3rd quarter of 2019).

Finland was Russia’s 15th largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2020 (down from 13th in the 3rd quarter of 2019), accounting for 1.8465% of Russia’s total exports (down from 2.3878% in the 3rd quarter of 2019).

Finland was Russia’s 19th largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2020 (down from 14th in the 3rd quarter of 2019), accounting for 1.2856% of Russia’s total imports (down from 1.6598% in the 3rd quarter of 2019).

Russia’s Exports to Finland

The major share of Russian exports to Finland in the 3rd quarter of 2020 (and in the 3rd quarter of 2019) was accounted for the following product types:
