In 2020, Russia’s trade with Japan was $16,168,875,669, down 20.40% ($4,144,465,123) from 2019.

Russia’s exports to Japan in 2020 were $9,055,118,990, down 20.24% ($2,297,914,498) from 2019.

Russia’s imports from Japan in 2020 were $7,113,756,679, down 20.61% ($1,846,550,625) from 2019.

Russia’s trade surplus with Japan in 2020 was $1,941,362,311, a 18.86% decrease ($451,363,873) over 2019.

Japan was Russia’s 11th largest trading partner in 2020 (down from 9th in 2019), accounting for 2.8475% of Russia’s total trade (down from 3.0475% in 2019).
