Russia’s Trade with Costa Rica

In the 1st quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with Costa Rica was $30,003,777, down 12.15% ($4,150,019) from the 1st quarter of 2020.

Russia’s exports to Costa Rica in the 1st quarter of 2021 were $4,540,941, down 48.11% ($4,210,529) from the 1st quarter of 2020.

Russia’s imports from Costa Rica in the 1st quarter of 2021 totaled $25,462,836, up 0.24% ($60,510) from the 1st quarter of 2020.

Russia’s trade deficit with Costa Rica in the 1st quarter of 2021 was $20,921,895, a 25.65% increase ($4,271,039) over the 1st quarter of 2020.

Russia’s Imports from Costa Rica

  • Machinery, equipment and vehicles (HS codes 84-90) - 29.76% of Russia’s total imports from Costa Rica (25.97% in the 1st quarter of 2020);
