Russia’s Trade with Ecuador

In the 2nd quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with Ecuador totaled $471,806,923, up 27.12% ($100,663,866) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s exports to Ecuador in the 2nd quarter of 2021 totaled $83,664,822, up 96.90% ($41,174,363) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s imports from Ecuador in the 2nd quarter of 2021 totaled $388,142,101, up 18.10% ($59,489,503) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s trade deficit with Ecuador in the 2nd quarter of 2021 was $304,477,279, a 6.40% increase ($18,315,140) over the 2nd quarter of 2020.

Ecuador was Russia’s 55th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2021 (down from 52nd in the 2nd quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.2493% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.3042% in the 2nd quarter of 2020).

  • Pulp of wood or of other fibrous cellulosic material; waste and scrap of paper or paperboard (HS code 47) - a decrease of $913,812;

Russia’s Imports from Ecuador

The largest gains in Russia’s imports from Ecuador in the 2nd quarter of 2021 over the 2nd quarter of 2020 were recorded for the following product groups:
