Russia’s Trade with South Ossetia
In the 2nd quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with South Ossetia totaled $49,245,430, up 134.39% ($28,235,006) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.
Russia’s exports to South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2021 totaled $37,414,425, up 132.52% ($21,323,671) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.
Russia’s imports from South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2021 totaled $11,831,005, up 140.48% ($6,911,335) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.
Russia’s trade surplus with South Ossetia in the 2nd quarter of 2021 was $25,583,420, a 129.01% increase ($14,412,336) over the 2nd quarter of 2020.
South Ossetia was Russia’s 105th largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2021 (up from 117th in the 2nd quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.0260% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.0172% in the 2nd quarter of 2020).
