Russia’s Trade with Turkmenistan

In the 2nd quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with Turkmenistan was $219,692,550, down 39.76% ($144,981,853) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s exports to Turkmenistan in the 2nd quarter of 2021 totaled $179,429,124, up 22.22% ($32,615,221) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s imports from Turkmenistan in the 2nd quarter of 2021 were $40,263,426, down 81.52% ($177,597,074) from the 2nd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s trade balance with Turkmenistan went from a deficit of $71,046,597 in the 2nd quarter of 2020, to a surplus of $139,165,698 in the 2nd quarter of 2021.

Turkmenistan was Russia’s 73rd largest trading partner in the 2nd quarter of 2021 (down from 54th in the 2nd quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.1161% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.2989% in the 2nd quarter of 2020).
