Russia’s Trade with Tajikistan

In the 3rd quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with Tajikistan totaled $327,002,125, up 70.79% ($135,541,103) from the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s exports to Tajikistan in the 3rd quarter of 2021 totaled $294,701,539, up 60.89% ($111,531,447) from the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s imports from Tajikistan in the 3rd quarter of 2021 totaled $32,300,586, up 289.59% ($24,009,656) from the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Russia’s trade surplus with Tajikistan in the 3rd quarter of 2021 was $262,400,953, a 50.05% increase ($87,521,791) over the 3rd quarter of 2020.

Tajikistan was Russia’s 68th largest trading partner in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (up from 69th in the 3rd quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.1569% of Russia’s total trade (up from 0.1402% in the 3rd quarter of 2020).

Tajikistan was Russia’s 59th largest export market in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (down from 54th in the 3rd quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.2209% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.2329% in the 3rd quarter of 2020).

Tajikistan was Russia’s 83rd largest supplier in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (up from 100th in the 3rd quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.0430% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0143% in the 3rd quarter of 2020).

The major share of Russian exports to Tajikistan in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (and in the 3rd quarter of 2020) was accounted for the following product types:
