Russia’s Trade with Afghanistan

In the 4th quarter of 2021, Russia’s trade with Afghanistan was $25,756,449, down 16.59% ($5,122,851) from the 4th quarter of 2020.

Russia’s exports to Afghanistan in the 4th quarter of 2021 were $23,857,226, down 20.55% ($6,172,588) from the 4th quarter of 2020.

Russia’s imports from Afghanistan in the 4th quarter of 2021 totaled $1,899,223, up 123.57% ($1,049,737) from the 4th quarter of 2020.

Russia’s trade surplus with Afghanistan in the 4th quarter of 2021 was $21,958,003, a 24.75% decrease ($7,222,325) over the 4th quarter of 2020.

Afghanistan was Russia’s 129th largest trading partner in the 4th quarter of 2021 (down from 117th in the 4th quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.0111% of Russia’s total trade (down from 0.0191% in the 4th quarter of 2020).

Afghanistan was Russia’s 116th largest export market in the 4th quarter of 2021 (down from 99th in the 4th quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.0158% of Russia’s total exports (down from 0.0318% in the 4th quarter of 2020).

Afghanistan was Russia’s 128th largest supplier in the 4th quarter of 2021 (up from 129th in the 4th quarter of 2020), accounting for 0.0023% of Russia’s total imports (up from 0.0013% in the 4th quarter of 2020).
